Our Doctor
Dr. Fadee Michael Bittar
has been offering high quality, compassionate eye care services in Hampton Roads since 2005. A Newport News resident himself, he decided to open SEEN in the community he has been calling home. With a wealth of experience in his field, he will be offering a wide variety of eye and vision services on the Peninsula.
